For the price we paid, we got great value and the room was surprisingly good. The location was excellent, right where we wanted to be, and the staff treated us with kindness and respect.

The only thing that could've made the breakfast better was a wider selection of options.

Don't have any issues at all.

I recently stayed at 12 Ashworth Ave Suites and I was pleasantly surprised. The location was great, just a short walk to everything I needed. The room was larger than expected and had a separate bedroom and living space. Despite the old building, the room was bug-free and the linens were clean. The affordable price was a definite plus.

There were a few drawbacks. The floors felt soft and the furniture was in rough shape.

I came to see a show at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom and have dinner at The Goat. 12 Ashworth Ave Suites was conveniently located for both, just a 10-minute walk away. The memory foam mattress was comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool. The room was clean and quiet, with great water pressure in the shower. The location is ideal, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and shops. Plenty of space for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. So happy with our stay and can't wait to return!
